Can you hear that? It's the alarm bells ringing. That's what you hear when an almost full-term pregnant woman stops replying to emails, phone messages and, er, stops blogging!
Well you'd be correct in assuming. Our little boy was born four weeks early by emergency c-section. He has had some complications but is out of the NICU and in Special Care. We are completely in love with him and can't wait until he's well enough to come home with us!
Thank you to all my readers who have left comments - I will try and approve / respond to them soon!
Congratulations! We hope Oliver can go home soon! We'll pray for it!
ReplyDeleteCongratulation on the new addition to the family!!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations from New Jersey! Hopefully, Ollie passed his UNHS (hearing screening), too!
ReplyDeleteHi Daniela... so many days without news... how are you doing? and Oliver? how's the new proud father?
ReplyDeleteHey Daniela! How is Oliver doing? Is he already home? How are you doing with motherhood? 'll love to hear stories! Best from Argentina!
ReplyDeleteYep, Ollie passed his hearing screening with flying colours! Thanks all ... we are doing well. Oliver is home, hence why I haven't had much 'computer time' lately! Am loving all the little sounds he makes. Can't bear to be in silence at night though, not yet, so I'm alternating which processor I sleep with. He is a very noisy sleeper, I must say, but I love it! :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy for you! You must feel relief! LOL...babies tend to have us very busy! And yes they do tons of different noises when they sleep and no matter how old they are you will still hear every one of them! Good idea of alternating processors to sleep. Hope to hear your new adventures soon! Enjoy that beautiful baby!
ReplyDeleteThanks Mandy! I love the little squeal he makes when he completes a yawn. And I love the contented sigh after a feed. He's got so much personality already! Hope Cata is going well. :-)
